They sell bitter tasting balm at most pet stores that you can put on and when he tastes it a few times, it will repel him from wanting to do it more. Also, using a harsh tone may hurt his feelings, but will let him know it's not pleasing his owner one bit.

He was probably taken too early from his mum and brothers, because that is how they learn the proper behaviour. They must not be separated before they are 8 weeks old.
Solution no. 1: get another kitten the same age, they will train each other. I wish I had done this when my cat was 2 months old.
Solution no. 2: Don't flick, tap, spray or anything of the sort. This only makes the game more exciting. Grab him from the nack, like his mum does, say NO and put him elsewhere, with another toy he likes. It is important to give him the alternative. Ignore him if he bites, don't respond in any way that may be exciting for the kitten, including hitting. Putting him in another room, after showing that you disapprove of his behaviour, is best.
PS. Biting doesn't mean he hates you, quite the opposite actually! These are love bites and play, but without his brothers and sisters to show him, he just doesn't know how hard is too hard. It will get worse once he has adult teeth, so just don't let him bite, go away or put him somewhere away from you, until he realizes this game is not fun for you.

Very simple. A cat likes to have things his own way. They want to be petted and get attention when they want it not when you want to pet them. Your kitten is very very young, and needs to get used to you. Put things that have your scent on it in the cats reach and make sure your scent is on all of its food dishes, litter box, toys etc. The kitten will get your scent and realize that you are friend and needs you to get its food or to be played with. When the kitten starts to bite set the cat on the floor and let it go its way. When he bites he is saying I am tired now let me go. Do not hit or flip on the nose or paddle as this will make your cat mean.

you didnt say how old the kitten was so its hard to tell. it could be teething and yes, cats can teeth. i have a 10 wk old kitten and she loves "nibbling" on hands, feet and lately my armpit (dont ask) but if you cant get him to stop, start playing with safe toys with the kitten. if he gets used to chewing on the toy, hopefully he wont bite the "human furniture" as cats see humans.

he is maybe hungry stop neglecting the cat and feed it........jp but i think it would be a good idea to buy him a good chew toy. I kno that some times if i wanna chew something very hard i'd grab a piece of gum or a pen top

Hello!
Whose a naughty boy then?! Well, I can only suggest:
Rubbing lemon or orange on your hands or on his nose when he does it - cats HATE citrus fruits!
blowing in his face/bite his ear - they hate that also.
When he's old enough, get him done (neutered)
**good luck**

the biting is because of those baby teeth, my kitty did the same thing until she got older & got her permanent teeth. So be patient.
