Listen to me cus these people have COMPLETLY NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT WHEN THEY'RE ANSWERING YOUR QUESTION.
The boy is just talking slang like people in the hood talk.
And to "spit game" to someone means to try to holla at you, try to talk to you, u know get ur number or go out with you.
That's all it means, it doesn't mean at all that he's gonna try to have sex with you and you dont have to stay away from him. So dont listen to these immature people. okay sweety if u like him he's gonna try to get with you, but if u dont like him then yea stay away from him if u dont wanna get with him!!

it might mean that he wants to date you or something...though ''game'' is usually not a good thing when it comes to dating...or if he actually said ''split'' not spit..then it might mean that he thinks you are bi or something..i hope i helped any...

ya, it means he wants to have sex with you but he really has no intention of showing love towards you in any other way. I wouldnt recommend hanging out with this guy.
