Wine probably, if you learn how you can experiment with other fruits. Some fruits have Citric acid and or (another), but there is one that only grapes have.
Just make sure you can stop when you've had too much if you can't then you need help. AA is a good place to go for this.

Absinthe (known also like Absinth) with 74% alcohol
but when I drink I prefer Perfect Lemon (vodka), for it's great taste

Tequila Gold, there is so many drinks you can make from this one. This is also the most popular. I've bartended for years. It's great just straight shooting or mixing.
