Why would he be anywhere? Shouldn't he be everywhere? He's beyond space and time right?

Maybe God is everywhere, but some places more than others.

Like taxes. God is like taxes.

God is everywhere because the Holy Ghost is everywhere. He being a tangible exalted being of flesh and bone cannot physically be everywhere which is why the Godhead consists of the Holy Ghost along with God the Father and his Son Jesus Christ.

As to your question, yes he is beyond known space and time. The answer to your questions is another question. Where is Heaven? Perhaps heaven is a dimension where he can physically see all things at once.

God is in Heaven because thats where he lives. He also visits other places. He has a face, and a body of course, man was created in his image. So if you truly want to understand what God is like, think of a perfect man. (This is why Christ sometimes referred to himself as son of Man, God is the ideal perfect man.) Man is not a shapeless blob, man is not everywhere. God is not beyond space, he does occupy space and move in it, similar to man. He also acts in time, like the creation, although he does not age, get sick, etc. so there is something timeless about him.

Genesis 32
30 And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.

Exodus 33
11 And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle.

He should really not be in Heaven. Look at all the violence because God inspires so many religions that only compete with each other.

there's two theories: god IS space and time and the universe, i.e. he is like the Tao and is the fabric of all things

or: heaven is beyond space and time, and him being there is also beyond space and time.

No. God isn't allowed on earth. Besides too many people hate him. He's not too welcome here because of all the confusion he caused. But seriously...he's not allowed to come to earth because the hindus have restricted his visits until he declares his true identity.

Yes He is. We have no words to use for where HE is since He is not confined to where our minds think He should be.

God is Where "HE" wants to be, not where "YOU" think he should be. I mean after all this "IS' GOD we are speaking of.
