The scent glands for a cat are in the nose and when they bump their noses on people, other animals or other objects they are getting the scent into the glands to define what the other object or person is. After a few attempts for each person or item, it will know what it is and if it is friend or foe or edible. The bump or rub causes the scent glands to increase making the scent heavier for the cat. Cats rubbing up on things shows that the cat is taking the thing as its own. When a cat kneads people is because the cat is remembering kneading mom and is just as happy with you as when nursing mom.

3 months is pretty early to spay a cat, from 5 months is more usual.

Bump people? Never heard it called that! Spaying does not alter this kind of behaviour. It's displayed by relaxed, affectionate cats - your kitten is young and may still be a little nervy, or just may not have developed this kind of behaviour yet. Or it just may be the kind of cat who doesn't do this! It's nothing to worry about anyway.

Do you mean like rubbing their head on people? If so then yes I've seen spayed and unspayed cats do this all the time. It might depend on your cat's personality though. Some just don't like to do it, it has nothing to do with spaying

well it depends 3 months. that is actually too early to get any animal spayed or nutered. it don't matter what ur vet says it is truly too early. doing that to them so early doesn't give their hormones a chance to regulate themselves. so honestly it may never stop doing that.
