I love tuna, but am tired of tuna salad. Do you have any good recipes that are quick and easy? I've already tried most of the recipe sites so don't try giving me any.

TUNA LASAGNA

Cream Sauce:

3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup oil/butter
1 cup milk
dash salt and pepper

Lasagna:

2 tins tuna (drained)
2 med. onions (cubed)
1 clove garlic
2 cups cut mushrooms
1 tin whole tomatoes
1 (small) tin tomato paste

Lasagna Pasta:

3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cream sauce: Mix together flour, oil, salt and pepper until you have created a paste.
Heat the milk in the microwave (about 2 mins) and pour little by little over the flour mixture until you have created a sauce. Sat aside.

Lasagna: Pre-heat oven at 350° In a medium bowl mix together tuna (drained), and the tomato paste. Add in the whole tomatoes (should have about four or five) and about half of the juice in the tin (as per taste). Add garlic, onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste and set aside.

Cook your lasagna noodles. Take a large pan (lasagna pan) and oil the botton with a little bit of olive oil. Put in two layers of pasta, cover with half the tuna mix, cover the tuna mix with half the mozzarella.

Pour half your cream sauce and pour it over the cheese. Do the same thing with the next layer, only finish it off with the Parmesan cheese. Cook covered for approximately 30-40 mins and then uncovered until brown.

This is quick, easy and very good!!

Preparation time: 15 min Cook time: 45 mins.

6 eggs, hardboiled, chilled
1 can (12 oz) tuna in canola oil
1 can (12 oz) tuna in olive oil
8 oz nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 jar grey poupon
12 green olives sliced into thirds
1 tbspn garlic powder
1 tbspn basil
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
And:

Whole grain bread
(not "whole wheat")
Medium tomato
Melinda's Hot Sauce
2 large leaves of kale
or thick wad of red leaf lettuce

Peel eggs, and rinse any shell remnants.
Slice or chop eggs into small pieces, including the yolks (the yolk completes the protein and has other essential ingredients).
Add tuna to bowl, taking care not to drain the tuna. The oil is very, very good for you--especially if you want to be lean.
Mix eggs and tuna in bowl.
Mix in other ingredients listed in top section of ingredients column. Vary amounts according to taste.
Let chill for 1 hour, unless you are in a rush..
Spread tuna mix on one slice of bread.
Add one or more tomato slices.
Use just a dash of the hot sauce.
Top with kale and no bread, for leanest sandwich.
Top with kale, lettuce, and a second slice of bread, for a more filling sandwich.

I know you said you were tired of tuna salad, but have you ever tried it with finely chopped onion and white vinegar diluted with a little water? When chilled it's great on crackers or I like it on buttered toast.

My Mother's Greatest COLD SALAD

Cook sea shell pasta (or any kind) and cool (in ice water if needed)
Add can of tuna
Add thawed frozen peas (or canned)
Add tiny sliced sweet pickles (lots in my case)
Add real mayonnaise to taste

Mix and serve with hard rolls and real butter OR chips
