First you find a nice fat pig. Then...

Nevermind, I'll give you the easy version. I take 2 slices of fresh bread, French, white, whole grain, whatever bread you like best. Smear one with mayonnaise and the other with Dijon mustard. Slap a hearty slice of ham and a slice of Velveeta cheese on one of the bread slices, and put the other slice on top.

Warning! Do NOT substitute real cheese for the Velveeta or it might actually taste healthy which would spoil the whole experience, for me at least!

Ingredients:

2 or more slices of bread of any kind
ham
any variety of cheese
mayonnaise

Directions: Spread as much mayonnaise as you want on one side of each slice of bread. Place as many slices of cheese as you want on one of the slices of bread. Place the ham on top of that. If you have more cheese, place that on top of the ham, then place the other slice of bread on top. Eat and enjoy.
