What sort of name will work depends on how you are trying to position your shop, and what the community is like. I'm mentally picturing a place I might walk past and go in because the name is so pushy, goofy, or sassy (and the place smells like good coffee):
Heavenly O
Do-Nutz
Raised Daily
Hole in One
With Sugar on Top
Do-nut Fret
Where I live, half the doughnut places are names they made changing the previous doughnut place's name as cheaply as possible, mostly by just taking down some letters. So if nothing else comes to mind, you always have that option!

sign/ logo spacey, "Jetson"y, saturn's rings...
