Take them to the vet....yesterday.
What do you mean by dying? What seems to be the matter?
If you want to know about CPR or any other first aid, I'd be glad to help if your question were more specific, but for the most part, the Vet always comes into play.

Take them to a vet or an animal hospital ASAP. Get a cat carrier or just a large cardboard box with a clean towel and get them there quickly. Tell them what the situation is and show them the kittens and they will take it from there. If you decide not to keep them, ask for places that will take up homeless animals and make sure that they end up in good homes.

Get cat milk and droppers and feed them every two hours if you think you can't handle it take them to a vet immediately. Your a kind soul to even care good for you. And good luck
If you can't get a vet to help call all of your friens and split up the work so they all get the nutrition they need. God bless

You take them to a vet to give them their best chance of survival.
It depends of course on what is wrong with the kittens - virus? Not feeding? Fading kitten syndrome? Whichever it is, and especially if you don't know the problem, they need to go to a vet.

You have to be a little more clear on whats wrong. Were they just born? Hit by a car? Attacked? Starving?
