I just caught a dragonfly and i wanted to no what do they eat?

It looks like Dragonflies are actually carnivorous, they eat other, smaller bugs - including mosquitoes.

They eat those tiny tiny white bugs. i think they are aphids. They are very good to have around your house, but they don't do well in captivity.
Make sure you put a whole lot of leaves from a plant that has those tiny white spots on them.
