I know a girl @ my friend's summer camp who gets overheated easily, & she's always sweating buckshots & getting dizzy & fainting. She comes to my house sometimes, & the air conditioner would be on 50, & she's still hot, but everyone else is cold. What can we do to make her body temperature go down? & she drinks a lot of ice cold water & still is hot.

High blood pressure may do that to someone but diabetes is more likely. Does she drink a lot of water because she is hot or is really thirsty? - constant thirst is a sign of diabetes. Encourage her to go to a doctor.

You are kind to worry about your friend.

Does she have Ectodermal Dysplasia (ED)?

Many individuals affected by ED syndromes cannot perspire. Their sweat glands may function abnormally or may not have developed at all. Without normal sweat production, the body cannot regulate temperature properly. Therefore, overheating is a common problem, especially during hot weather. Access to cool environments is important.

Ask her if she's gone to the doctor to get treated for her condition. If not then let her parents know they really need to do something about that.
