Pregnant cats should be fed kitten food right through until their kittens are weaned - it's especially important during lactation (nursing) as this places even more demand on their body than pregnancy.
Chalice
EDIT: Do not feed the cat supplements, especially calcium. This usually results in an imbalance - too much of some nutrients, including calcium, can be as harmful as not enough. A high quality kitten food will provide her with all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals she needs - i.e, not fancy feast or meow mix! Iams or Science Diet kitten foods are good.

You should feed her a good kitten food the entire time she is pregnant and until she is done nursing. I know Royal Canin has a food made especially for pregnant queens. However, I have always just fed the kitten. The point is to get the extra vitamins and fat content that the food contains. It is like a woman taking a prenatal vitamin. To help boost up her immune system you can also give her a feline vitamin. Hope this helped and good luck!

Just feed her the way she is used to. Make sure she has a bowl of crunchies and fresh water all the time. Feed a high quality of canned food too. She will eat what she needs. She will need plenty of food after the kittens are born too so she has a good milk supply and maintains her weight.

Feed her lots of really good wet food and always make sure there is food in the bowl, as the weeks go by she will automatically eat more just make sure to demand feed. And lots of fresh water. Dry food is okay in tiny amounts as a snack and for there teeth but wet food is what they need.
Go with Purina with Gravey (never on the recall list) or fance feast. Good luck and lucky you I'd love to have kittens again.

You should feed your cat vitamin enriched food with lots of calcium so the babies and the mother have strong bones . If a mother cat doesn't have lots of calcium when having her babies she could not be able to.
