There's a recipe for Toll House Cookies right on the package.
(I don't know the brand, but it's the one with the yellowish-orange wrapping.)

go to the store and buy some Nestle chocolate semi-sweet morsels and on the back there's a superb recipe. Several years ago when I worked in an office it used to be popular to make a chocolate chip cookie on a pizza pan (one large chocolate chip cookie), or make hersheys kiss cookies (a cookie with a kiss in the middle). Loved those.

1 cup butter (melted)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup granulated (white) sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 1/4 cup flour
1/2 bag chocolate chips

Pre-heat oven to 250 deg.F. Grease cookie sheets (2 or 3 pans). Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips (add in order shown above) and mix well. when batter is mixed, stir in chocolate chips. Use a spoon or small ice cream scoop to drop small parts of cookie dough onto pans (golf-ball size will make big cookies). :)
Bake for about 10-15 minutes (keep an eye on them). Remove when the cookie edges are light brown.

OR go find someplace that sells "Homemade Cookies for Dummies" mix. :) No offense intended. (you know the "___ for Dummies" books? they now have a cookie mix too! just add the eggs & some other 'wet' ingredients & it makes 2 doz. cookies!)

They are very easy - this recipe has variations as noted.

Heat oven to 375

Melt (do not overheat) 1 cup butter (or margarine) in microwave

Blend in until creamy
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs any size
1 teaspoon vanilla (can substitute chocolate extract, etc.)
1 1/2 cups brown sugar **my secret ingredient
(or 3/4 cup brown sugar & 3/4 cup regular sugar)

Mix in
2 1/4 cup flour do not sift
2 cups chocolate chips
(or peanut butter or white chocolate)
1 cup chopped almonds (or walnuts or pecans)

Drop on cookie tray, any size will do, using two spoons - one to scoop and one to push off

Bake for 10-12 minutes until just crispy brown on center shelf

Have two trays so you can bake one and cool the other, so until done a tray is in the oven

Cool before you remove from tray (about 5 minutes)

Very easy. Really. I once made six dozen cookies EACH for my sixteen employees for Xmas.

These are the best and easiest!!

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup softened butter or margarine
2 eggs
1.5 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Place sugars, butter, eggs, & vanilla in mixer bowl, and beat all together for about 30 sec. or smooth. Scrape bowl down, then beat on a higher speed for 30 sec.
Now, gradually add baking soda, salt, and flour to sugar mixture and mix for about 2 min. Scrape bowl, then mix for 15 sec.
Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 F for 10-12 min. Remove from baking sheets immediately and cool on wire racks.

Yield: 54 (1 cookie per serving)

Dang it whoops sorrry...i posted a recepie for brownies...my fault...

Heyy i know a very tasty one, 1st you make a batch of brownies (follow the recepie on the box), then while its cooking make some cookie dough, or buy some, then after the brownie is done and has cooled spread the cookie dough ontop of the brownie, and then take some chocolate chips and melt them and spread it ontop of the cookiedough, put it in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
