I had this for the first time last night and I will make this part of my regular menu
Balsamic & Basil Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. olive oil
8 oz. peeled, deveined medium shrimp
2 Tbsp. Garlic Garlicâ¢
1/4 cup Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil
16 oz. prepared angel hair pasta
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat; add shrimp. Cook about 1 minute on each side until shrimp begin to turn pink. Do not overcook. Add Garlic Garlicâ¢; saute just until softened. Add Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil; heat through. Remove from heat; toss with hot pasta. Serve immediately. Makes 3-4 servings.
Balsamic & Basil
A blend of olive and canola oils in blissful union with balsamic vinegar and your favorite Italian herbs. Drizzle over fresh tomatoes or pasta, or use as dip for crusty breads to experience the distinct taste of the Mediterranean. All natural.

This is a southern fried chicken recipe:
INGREDIENTS
1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 quart vegetable oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika. Roll in flour.
Add 1/2 to 3/4 inch oil to a large, heavy skillet. Heat to approximately 365 degrees F (185 degrees C). Place chicken pieces in hot oil. Cover, and fry until golden, turning once, 15 to 20 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
It is the best fried chicken i have ever tasted. I hope you try it and like it.

Salmon Teriyaki with Fresh Asparagus for two
1/3 C. Bottled teriyaki sauce
1/4 C. good sherry
2 T. molasses
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. baking soda
30 spears of asparagus
3 T. toasted sesame seeds
4 T. sesame oil
Two salmon steaks
large nonstick saute' pan
Gently toast sesame seeds until golden in a small nonstick fry pan. Watch carefully. Remove from heat and into a bowl to stop cooking. Snap asparagus spears. Whisk together first five ingredients with one tablespoon of sesame oil. Set aside. In a large nonstick skillet heat remaining oil. Pan sear on medium high until steaks are rare in center--push to the side, add asparagus and sauce, lower temp and cook until asparagus is bright green. Turn salmon once. Serve on warmed plates and arrange asparagus to the side of the salmon. Sprinkle with toasted sesame.
A side salad made with mixed greens, fresh orange or mandarin orange segments and scallions dressed with sesame oil, orange juice and fresh ginger is good with this.
