I would say Bruce Lee (100%) myself, because he was the silent fighter, he had inner strength as well as outer, had brilliant fighting techniques, Jeet Kune Do is amazing and he had REAL trained muscles.

Bruce lee was a teacher to chuck Norris and thus his master in his early years. we will never know who was better cause chuck dose not have a chance to try and best his old teacher now.
