HI I WANT TO KNOW WHY MY 3 FEMALE CATS KEEP ATTACKING MY OTHER FEMALE PREGNANT CAT?

SHE IS NOW SCARED TO COME DOWN TO EAT AND EVERYTIME ONE OF THEM SEE HER THEY BEAT HER UP AND ATTACK HER.

I'M GETTING MAD AT THIS POINT SO I PUT THE 3 CATS IN A CAGE FOR NOW.

IS IT BECAUSE THE PREGNANT FEMALE CAT IS PREGNANT AND THERE JEALOUS OR WHAT.

PLEASE HELP.

THANKS

Usually when cats are pregnant they give off a scent
this might disturb the other cats
keep them seperated
have fun with ur kittens!!

Oh my I have to look this one up are the other cats fixed or are they in heat now maybe. Your right to separate them but I would only do it when I wasn't home or the other cats will feel punished, you will have to firmly protect the pregnant cat, but don't keep them separated all the time. I am going to look this up on a feline site. Maybe she's giving up a male scent on her body that the other cats don't like. Also you should look it up on the webmany great sites check the ones that talk alot about breeding. Good luck and if I find anything out I will try and reanswer you.

Was she the dominant female before her pregnancy? They may see her as vulnerable now, so they want to push her around. You may want to give her a room to herself. Or if you just can't stand the situation, find the other cats new homes. Best wishes!!!!

Yes, they're jealous and they will hurt her. Keep them separated. You're going to have a problem when the kittens are born. It seems like you might have to make some hard decisions!
