i think is all in the education every one gets. usually white people stay longer in schools and so they the better jobs. but things are changing, more black people are getting better educated, and have the option of what to do with their lives.

well i took a sociology class once and i learned that blacks and other minorities are usually not hired based on the color of their skin since there are so many negative stereotypes about minorities, and that an employer would hire a white person with a criminal record over a colored person with no criminal record.


FYI women are paid less than men at the same job so I would assume same goes for minorities.

The truth is: Whites work less and get paid more. Whereas minorities work more for less pay.

I assume you are refering to the unskilled workers. Unskilled workers tend to be paid less. In my work experience all races get paid the same. The only difference being positive action where some minorities are given better paying jobs on the basis of the color of their skin and not their qualifications or work experience.

I hate to be critical.....but no. I have never seen a black person work hard. Not to say they don't...but no. I thought there wasn't a question as to how hard they worked....but if they were smart enough to do anything else. They are and they do quite well.

This IS a racist question....based just on simple observation......why do black women wear slippers all the time? They scuff through the store leaning on a grocery cart like a walker. Why? Do they have a medical problem with their ankels we should know about? Or are they prone to foot problems we don't know about?

I've worked with a number of black people and they say....I put out as much effort as you are willing to pay for. 5 bucks pay....equals 5 bucks effort.

I'm not trying to be mean....I'm really not....I haven't seen modern day blacks do what they claim their past slaves ever did. I don't blame them........gotta break the chain.......but seriously....in all honesty......do they....really?

I've worked for great black people. They have been great bosses and really smart people. I would go to black people first for alot of things...but....isn't it true that alot don't do anything and use their race as an excuse?

No, in my experience they work less and what they do isn't as good. I'm not a racist, I have a black gentleman that works for me now but he's an exception. I wouldn't trade him for anything.
