Both the arts you have experience in have strong internal emphasis. You've only been doing them a short time, but you should continue to build on that. If you want to "complete" your martial skills firstly you should have skills in various distances/ranges: weapons, kicking, striking, trapping, and grappling. The most practical system that addresses all those ranges in a modern way and has a strong internal emphasis is Systema. Systema is a Russian martial way used by Spetsnaz operators (special forces). My teachers of this are Vladimir Vasiliev (former covert operator) and Mikhail Ryabko (general Spetsnaz and advisor to the ministry of justice). You can reach Vladimir in Toronto, or find a local training hall near you. If you Google my user name you will find a website that has a link (under links) that would be useful for you.

The only goal of martial arts should be complete martial efficiency. Punches should be devastating, not aesthetically pleasing. Jeet Kune Do is a martial concept developed by Bruce Lee (separate the martial artist from the film icon) focused on directness, speed and above all efficiency.
Check out tommycarruthers.com and his clips on youtube to see JKD at work. If you cant find a JKD instructor who focuses on developing your martial ability based on your body type, not some type of antiquated concept join a boxing club, take tae kwon do, practice wing chun and take the long way by evaluating techniques based on their effectiveness and adapting them to your body type and then discard the traditon and the ineffective bull. I've studied Wing Chun, Xingyi, and Southern Mantis and JKD is the best way at viewing martial arts.

1 1/2 years of Tai Chi and Bagua you haven't even scratched the surface of either of those arts.
A nice addition would be an art that features striking and grappling. A style that doesn't focus on brute force.

If you feel that you are skilled enough in empty hands then you should move on to learning weapons. I think that you'll enjoy the filipino martial arts otherwise know as arnis, eskrima or kali. There are literally hundreds of styles, but 99% of them concentrate on edged weapons such as knives and swords or impact weapons such as sticks. Filipino martial arts were portrayed in such movies as The Hunted and 300. Bruce Lee's best friend, Dan Inosanto is the foremost practitioner of the Filipino Martial Arts.

Erm...no offense, but 1 and a half years isn't very long. You might want to continue and be more experienced in the martial arts you're taking right now. However, i totally recommend taekwondo. It's awsome.

If you have only begun to study these two (and a year and a half is just beginning), why don't you continue until you are competent in them before starting all over with something else?

the best thing to do is check out your local phone book and see whats near you.
i liked hap ki do when i did it tae kwon do was fun also
karate is ok but i keep having my doubts about it freestle karate (zen do kai or kin bushi ryue) are good fun and give you good fitness but they seem to be out to make a profit a bit(personal opinion) i did boxing for a bit and with out a doubt i would have to say that is the thing that i really wanna do again (not to compete just for the fitness workouts where good for me i am suited for it)
all of what i said was just my personal opinion acept the phone book thing check that out

Why don't you try an external Kung Fu, like Wing Chun, Hung Gar, or Shaolin Quan. They will suppliment what you already know.

if u wanna work on fightin i would say ju jit su, but since u mention being flexible capoeira is fun, and requires alot of energy, so those would be the two i recommend
