OK i just got my two golden hamster 3-4 days ago and when should i seperate them.?

i don't know if the female is pregnate or not.

Separate them now. Hamsters are solitary animals. They will soon and are likely to start fighting. If the female is pregnant, it doesn't need the father for any reason. So just separate them as soon as possible. Did you want little hamsters?

Yes you should seperate them because they will start to fight and kill each other!
