They are nice to add on top of soup, just before serving.

Broccoli Sprouts? Don't you mean Brussel Sprouts?
Broccoli Flowerettes--are the best part of the vegetable (the taste, texture & flavor) as well are the highest in fiber, and ANTI-carcinogins),
Both of these wonderful vegetables are better for you and better tasting if NOT over-cooked. Try steaming them for a FLAT 5 minutes (put them over the steam when the water is on a full-boil.)
The LESS Broccoli is cooked the better it is for you. Brussel Sprouts? I'm not sure about those little guys. But, if you don't like them at all...try them steamed 5 mins. then cut them in half to serve, with tiny dollups of butter on them and salt and pepper. You will be amazed!
Broccoli can be served the same, but also try with real mayonnaise (if you haven't a weight issue), or with just lemon juice (If you have). You can do the same with Brussel Sprouts. (To get my kids to eat the sprouts, I called them "Baby Kabuches"
(I think it was part Croatian for Baby Cabbages"

I hope this helps

I like them in a salad, but I've also put them on a sandwich. I like sunflower sprouts better.
