would getting shocked with 6 Volts DC hurt or is it too weak to feel?

To get 6 volts across your hand, you wouldn't even feel it.
To put 6 volts across your tongue, you will likely feel a tingle because of the moisture content.

Like a 6 volt battery? If so you're not going to feel it.

It can be felt as an unplesant tingling though it may not be (most probably will not be) fatal since the body's resistance is sufficiently high so that the current passing through is quite low.
