The story of virgin birth and resurection is carved on on the walls of egyptian ruins. Also flood stories like the epic of gilgamesh are world wide. Many many ancient gods are similar to Jesus, Moses, Josheph etc. This movie says it better than I can.

Most of the time, the authors of books and movies that claim there's a serious similarity between Christianity and Pagan religions (Jesus and older deities, as you wrote) make the mistake of lumping all the fragmented local pagan religions into one universal religion. They then claim that these all had a virgin birth, a baptism of sorts, a resurrection, maybe even a method of salvation. They may use Christian terminology, like "baptism" etc but they don't apply it in the same way Christians do.
Most of the "Mystery" religions developed after Christianity became widely known. Some of these even changed THEIR doctrine to compete with Christianity, Example: the Cult of Cybele raised the effectiveness of bathing in blood "from 20 years to eternity".

Deities, whether true or false, all have a lot in common, and the peculiar process of man's redemption from sin could only be accomplished by a very specially equipped human male.

Many of the detailed requirements for this person were known from the beginning of the world, so don't be deceived by apparent similarities.

There is only one, true God, who is centered in human history, and who changed that history in a unique and prophetic way, once and for all, and who by his death and his resurrection, made eternal salvation possible for mankind.

Because historians who have studied ancient religions have shown the marked dissimilarities.try works by Norman Geisler, Paul Maeier Bruce Metzger,or Craig Blomberg.

Referring to all religious people everywhere as "religious fanatics" is pretty insulting. As to your references,we are aware of them. Given your attitude,I doubt you seek a serous response and in any event you slur on Christians disqualifies you from serious consideration.

If you really want to show the similarities, then cite details (from original sources or at least from people who quote the original sources) rather than vague generalities (such as "virgin birth" or "resurrection").
