Dinosaurs lived right along with man. Haven't you ever heard any legends and stories of dragons? Where did those those come from? Could it be there were dragons in past times?

Before the flood of Noah's time, people lived much longer than they do now - hundreds of years. (I suspect it was because of a water canopy around the earth.) Wouldn't it be possible that during that time reptiles, that continue growing during their lives, grew to be huge?

Additional to Christians:
The word day in the original text is the same "day" used for the story of Jericho. How long do you think the people marched around the city - 7000 or 7,000,000 days?

God explained it very simply... "there was evening and there was morning - the first day" etc.

God created plants on day 3. He didn't create the sun until the next day. Don't you think that would have been a problem if it were really a million years?

If sin and death didn't come on earth until Adam sinned, how do you explain layers of fossils of dead animals over millions of years? It wasn't millions of years. The great flood caused what we see.

The time-span of creation is unknown to us and the living creatures referred to after creation is also unknown to us. Some of these creatures exist today and some have become extinct. I personally do not believe in dinosaurs, rather I believe that in the course of history, many species of animals have died in one spot or another and their bones have become mixed together. This could easily account for the mysterious discoveries of strange looking bone formations which we call dinosaurs. Over the centuries, many animals have died in the same spot, or through flooding and erosion, many bones have been mixed together. Sometimes when we unearth these bones, we tend to see what we want to believe.
It is possible that dinosaurs existed and that God created them first, in order to help in some way with plant and tree forestation. I find it fascinating to speculate about these things and I enjoy a good debate, however, I do not allow these things to keep me from growing in a loving relationship with my Lord and Savior. Someday we will all know the answers to the difficult questions, for now I simply choose to believe and Praise Christ Jesus for His marvelous creation.
God Bless You...Peace.

Dinosaur fossils were planted here by God to test the faith of humanity in a book, when confronted with the reality of prehistoric remains.

Only people who can ignore the reality of bones made rock and prefer the interpretation of ancient poetry are entitled to sit at Jesus' table.

The rest of us really don't feel like we're missing anything. It's all good.

I believe in creationism. I believe that God made the world and all the things in it. But, look at God's word: he made man from dust, which evolutionists claim we came from as well. And before man was made, God made all other creatures, both on land (including reptiles) and in the sea. The Bible never says which creatures were created specifically. Also, as you read the Bible, it says that to God one day on earth is like a thousand years in heaven and on day in heaven is like a thousand years on earth. In other words, we can't say that the six days used to create the earth were sixdays as we know it. We also can't say that God used the tool of evolution to make His creation.
