Guys don't say "I love you" so casually unless you guys are married or he just wants to get into your pants. If you guys been going out for a long period of time and you guys are completely comfortable around each other, then he probably means it. If he just said it like 2 weeks after you guys just started dating, then he's fooling you.

Well part of it is trusting. Do you love back? Tell him. If he says he loves you then assume he does.

well, its hard to explain this feeling but if u and him have a special bond just think, if you feel you love him, he most likley feels that way too, unless he's a guy who'd do that just to impress you but,im sorry for saying this, trust in your relationship,your mind, and your bf

You know when you the words singe your heart.
When his touch and his kiss melts you.
You know when you can't help but say it back.
You know it when there is no way he can't be sincere.
You know it aint true when right after he wants sex.
Or if he only says it after you do.
When he means it, trust me.. you'll know.

i guess see how he acts around you and his friends and others....like if u guys been together for a pretty long time then he probly means it but if you guys have been together for a short period then he might want something more..... idk thats what i think
