I'm not into wine, but I'll drink scotch with 'ya. I usually enjoy an ice cold Killians after work. Kick back and watch the news, wait for the game to come on. I'm 30. I get to.

A glass of RED Wine is very good for heart.
Take it with no regrets. Red Wine has many benefits but
you should not drink over the limit. Regret is something which
is in your mind. Look for the benefits of Red Wine and you
will overcome the regret feeling. Just dont overdo it.

What if you didn't have anything for several nights? How would that affect you? If stopping is difficult, then you may need to start worrying.
