Unless it says 'raw' on the can, it is precooked, so yes you can eat it.

Yes, it is pre cooked. I used it as a simple food for my baby when she started eating solids and she loved it!

sure-its been cooked during the processing and should be perfectly fine, if you dont mind things that come in cans.
