Believe it or not, drinking the right amount of water can help with fluid retention. If you drink carbonated beverages like sodas and beer, the body tends to hold fluid because of the carbonation, sugars and acids.
Our bodies are mostly water, so water helps to keep our bodies cool and able to work the way they are intended too, by expelling extra fluids.
Have you checked with a doctor to be sure that you don't have high blood pressure or some other illness that might be causing you to swell? If that's the case, he / she might prescribe a diuretic for the fluid retention.
Excessive heat is another factor that causes swelling....sometimes we forget to drink more water and become dehydrated which will cause swelling also.

There is no natural remedy. You need to see a doctor. Fluid retention is a sign of CHF- CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE. This is serious and you can die from it. Go get checked out.

Water believe it or not, your body is retaining water because it doesn't have enough of it.
Make sure you drink enough water each day and for now try a couple of large glasses of water and your kidneys will deal with the rest.
Is that natural enough for you :-)

Less sodium and more water.
Caution: as we try to cut back on fats, we are increasing our intake of sodium. Check all labels for sodium content.
