Dream Symbolism?

Question

I'm trying to figure out a dream in which I'm walking through a cemetery and each of the tombstones I pass has a letter of my last name (example would be the 1st tombstone I pass has an A, then the 2nd has a p, and so one until my last name is completely spelled out.) If anyone has any suggestions as to any symbolism in this dream or any good dream interpretation web sites I would be grateful.

Tombstone = place for death, departure, failure, disappointment, give up

Spelling of the last time on each tombstone = try to get completeness

The dream symbolizes some issue your friend may have. In this case, it could about acceptance of himself or identity crisis. Projecting tombstone shows the failure or disappoint in life. Putting his name and spelled it out in each tombstone shows the difficulties of accepting himself. In other words, there is something in his life he feels not accepted by others. Even for himself, he has doubt. He is not denying himself, but he is trying very hard to accept himself in many aspect of life. In his case, it could be about being respected in him. Instead of projecting his last time in one shot deal. Projecting one after another shows the conflict of his feeling. In other words, he wants to admit for something, but tried very hard to do so.

In conclusion, he may have some issues about him being accepted and respected and that is why he projected his last time in tombstone. That may give him some sort of comfort subconsciously. He may see him completely failing at the end, but slowly accepted the fact that he is failing.

Yeah, the cemetary represents the place of spiritually dead. And the reason you see you name spelled out on the tombstones is becuase God has been trying to tell you something but you have not quite discerned it. So, He is making it clear that this message points directly to you. All names are prophetic and each letter has importance. You might want to do a detail seach of what you last name means, but what ever it means you are in a sense "dead" to it.

I would probably say that you can relate this to real life...

What are you going through now in your life? A new relationship, and old one, a family occurence, a great bonding experience, etc.?

Try figuring what this dream has to do with your experiences so far in life. Try thinking about any one person who has died in your life... Maybe a great grandfather or great grandmother... If you think of someone special that has passed away, maybe they are in your dreams (and are watching over you) to protect you or see you again.

That happened to my dad a few years ago when my grandmother passed away. She would constantly appear in his dreams and would find a way to talk to him and convey her feelings about him-to him

It's totally freaky, but it actually is TRUE!!!

See if someone who you love appears in your dream. They are probably the one that is trying to talk to you...

how come i don't get these kind of dreams?
i get those weird ones where i see mountains and houses

well, your dream just lets you see the future of your descendant's graves or something like it. their names could have the first letter of every letter of your last name. just my guess, dreams are weird so you shouldn't worry about it.
