Yes, of course her hair will grow back but it will take quite a while but it will grow back everyones hair grow back!!!!

I breed long hair and short hai chis and I shave mine and yes there hair grows back. Each one just like a person grows back at different times some will be fast to grow back I have some I shave every 8 weeks and others every 4-6 months.

Yes. Hairs are falling out and being replaced all the time (called shedding, haha). Don't have it cut so short that she gets sunburned. This is a good time of year to do it as she will be cooler for the summer and still have plenty of time to grow her winter coat back before she needs it.
Be warned that she will look sort of fuzzy as the smoother guard hairs get removed and the fuzzier undercoat will show more.

a dog hair grows just like a humans. We used to cut our golden retrievers hair all the time it will come back.

Yes, it will grow back. But don't cut it to short, because there is a reason why he has a thick coat. If you cut it to short he might get sun burns.

Yes, I have a long-haired Doxie and Yorkie mix. I give her haircuts every summer and it grows back. I even cut the fur below her ears, and it grows back, too.

I prefer hair that will is shoulder length or longer, And since that men who like females are more often then not directly, they like long hair because that looks more feminine, as most guys have short hair.

Yes I have a poochy poodle and we shaved all his fur off it will take about 2-3 months for it to grow half back.
If you do it urself use clean equiment
and make sure your dog has no boils the stupid head who shaved our dog ran over his soon to be checked boils poor zippy came home bleeding :-( best of luck
