If one day I die because I'm very old or in an accident, will I live again? Where will I go after I die ? I know that most of you will tell me that no one knows but I really want to know..something or someone must tell us! I am a good person, what I'm not even sure if there is a heaven.

if you truly want to know.. pick up a bible (NIV or NLT versons) and start reading in the book of John... romans and acts.... read who Jesus is and what a life centered around Him alone can offer.
Is there a heaven? yes, i believe there is
will you go there after you die? only if you accept Jesus Christ as your savior and and believe that He alone is our saving Grace.
being 'good' doesnt cut it... God has guidelines and He doesnt ask a whole lot of us other than our faithfulness.... He sets who is 'good' or not.. it isnt measureable by man's standards.. only God's

Dear Candy - This is a very good question! It's really important to know where we will go when we die. LIfe is so short, and we never know how long we have on earth, but eternity is forever.
We can know where we will go when we die. First, a bit of background -
God loves you and has a special plan for your life (and for everyone's). He wants to be your Friend. This is why we were created.
However, we have all done things that are wrong (sinned). The 10 commandments show us God's standard. For example, don't lie, don't steal, honor your parents, don't use His Name in vain (swear). We have all broken these commands. The wages (penalty) of sin is death, which is separation from God. We have all sinned, and cannot earn our way to heaven, no matter how much we try to be a good person.
However, there is good news - God loved us so much that even though we have done wrong, He has provided a way for us to avoid hell and be able to go to heaven, and at the same time, have a new start and become His friends. He sent Jesus to die on the cross, taking the penalty our sin deserved. This is how God showed His love for us.
So what you need to do is decide to turn away from sin (which is wrong-doing, disobedience to God), and turn to God. Pray - Tell Him you have sinned and that you want to turn around and live for Him from now on. Ask Jesus to forgive you and come into your life and be your Lord (King, "boss").
Jesus will forgive you and write your Name in His Book in heaven call the Book of Life. The people whose names God has written there, will go to heaven.
He will also come into your heart (soul) by His Holy Spirit. He will give you a new life. Your desires will then begin to change and you'll desire to do the things that please God. You will also then have a relationship with God, where He is our Friend, and you talk to Him and listen to Him, He will show you His plan/destiny for your life.
When you have done this, God will give you peace, and take away the fear about where you will go. To learn more about heaven, read John 14, verses 1 to 3, and Revelation chapters 21 and 22.
(Then - talk to God on a regular basis, and read the Bible. Try to find a Christian church that can explain things to you more.)

heaven is what you think/feel in the very very very last moment of your life. and you feel that feeling for an eternity. so if you are murdered horribly, you will spend an eternity in those feelings. if you die in your sleep surrounded by a loving family/friends, you will live an eternity with those feelings.
Even if you are reborn, as another person, this person that you are in this life is over, dead, gone, deleted. The person that you are now only has this short time to be that person. Heaven or hell, reincarnation or the void... the person you are in this life, in this body with this mind... the person you are is totally and forever gone, even if your soul tranforms beyond the person you are, and is reincarnated... your soul's new house is not the YOU that you are reading this message.
It is that YOU that you must cherish, care for and use to enjoy this life, free from suffering, free to unethical contraints. Cuz baby, when you're gone... you're really gone and aren't coming back.
live it up! don't be scared. just go after YOU and your life here and now. Live it right, without regret, without suffering, without remorse. Cuz it will end, and sooner than you want it to.

Jesus the one who loves us as we are, said there is a heaven and a hell, and a plan of salvation Revelation chapters 19-22 describes these and later I will share the plan of salvation in Jesus -"To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." When we see Him we shall be like Him."
" It is appointed unto a person once to die and after that the judgement." Hebrews 9
Once I was right where you are-this is what helped me to get my breakthrough=the answer is still in the salvation of the soul-till then we are on the outside looking in. Revelation 22 "Do not add to my word or take from it or you will receieve plagues, and never find salvation.
this is how I got salvation-believing the Word of God="I love you, and ask you to repent of your sins (even one lie) quickly. Behold I stand at your heart door and knock if you hear my words and ask me in, I will come in and be your friend." Revelation 1:1=Jesus words spoken from heaven & 3:19&20
so i prayed "Jesus I am sorry for my sins, come into my heart and help me, be my friend, amen."
Now Jesus is my Messiah, Bright and morning star, best friend, and savior, he comforts and keeps me, and His word has become the love letter of my life in Spirit and in truth.

Last October I spent 5 days in ICU and I know absolutely where I will go. I will go to be with Jesus in heaven, because I have made him my Lord and Savior and I seek to walk in His ways.
Everyone that has reached the age to know right and wrong are on a path to everlasting punishment, but God loved us so much that He sent Jesus to die on the cross in our place that anyone that turns from their ways and accept Jesus' works for our salvation will not perish but have everlasting life.
Man's spirit never dies it ends up in one of two places. Man's good works never save them it is the works Jesus did that saves and it is His Spirit works in those that have received Him to change them.
Man placed his own self on the path of sin and death, but Jesus made the way to salvation.
You must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him. Just call upon His name and ask Him to come into your heart and make you a new creation in Him.

I will just tell you what I believe in but that doesn't mean you have to believe in it.I think when a person dies they go to the other side ( heaven) and after a while (not sure how long) they can either stay there or reincarnate into life again.I don't believe there is a hell.

I'm 100% sure that there is a heaven. To get there, all you have to do is ask Jesus into your life. It's amazingly easy, and you get to have a relationship with the most awesome person in eternity, the one who made you, how awesome is that? Here's something you can read if you want, It's a letter from God, to all his children (his children are everyone, not just Christians.)
Either look up The Father's Love Letter, or read this. I recommend looking it up, and listening to it on the internet. It's amazing. I'm listening to it right now.

Sweetie God is real,and heaven is real,to make sure your eternal life is sure accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior ask him to come into your heart and reveal himself to you,There is a heaven and there is a hell,without Jesus we are nothing,I am a Holy Spirit filled believer,and with the holy ghost to lead you and guide into all truth,there also gifts of the spirit,when i got saved and received the hoy ghost I had the same questions you did and I asked god about heaven and hell and he has taken me in the spirit and showed me parts of both,he ahs walked with me talked to me and shown me things that would blow your mind but thats not the issue here I am just telling you truth the decision is yours and the answer to your qusetion is in christ yes you will live again if not no May God guide you in your Journey in finding him and let me leave you with this John 316 states that God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever shall believe in him shall not perish but have everlasting life Lisa

dont worry about what is going to happen AFTER you die,worry about right now,how your life is going,live life to the fullest i always say,dont give up,and dont be scared,you are a child of god,and if you keep your life on the right track,im sure that you will be right next to the gate of heaven :)

God created you, and he loves you so much. When he sent Jesus to die on the cross for you he not only saved you from any sins but he also gave you a guaranteed way to heaven. God promises us in the bible that if we follow Jesus, and believe in our hearts that he died for us and loves us, he gives us eternal life. (John 6:40)
(Isaiah 41;13)"For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you: do not be afaraid;I will help you." God loves you, and knows everything about you. You cannot get into Heaven by doing good deeds.

Like somebody else said none of us know, unfortunetly there is nothing to tell us, im sure you'll get some bible quotes telling you it'll be heaven and if there is a heaven im sure you'll be accepted =] but really its a mystery..
