Eat sensibly and drink plenty of water. Get used to a mild exercise regime: It doesn't have to be a full-blown work-out.
And make sure you get the amount of sleep you need, usually about 8 hours. It helps, too, if you are actually used to waking up at a certain time in the morning.

1, Before you go to bad, open a curtain then you can wake up naturally because of sun. It's really good for your body, because you don't make your body wake up with an alarm.
2, Do exercise/ yoga about 3-5min.
3, After you take a hot shower, turn temperature lower (colder) then stay about 1-2 min.
