just eat about 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Dont drink any tea, coffee, or soda. Try just water and you should drop in about 2 months. I lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks just by not drinking sodas. But since i have a big frame it is easier for me to lose weight

Really, don't do it. It's SO bad for your health.

Eat healthy and exercise. If you're only 120 pounds it should not take long to tone the muscle to fit in a size smaller.

People who want to lose weight by not eating at all, are just too lazy to work out.

Come on, if you're willing to not eat to lose weight why not just run a couple miles a day ?

Okay, I'll be the bad guy and give you an honest answer. I was about 5'10" and 141 lbs. I found a love letter to my husband in his briefcase; needless to say it was not from me! About 5 days later I got on the scale and I was 129 lbs. I had not eaten anything, but I was so sick to my stomach and mentally in shock food wasn't even a thought. About a year later I'm at 135 lbs. Hmmmm.... I don't really recommend that diet, but it worked quick! You sound pretty thin already, are you trying to fit into a wedding dress?????

Not eating even for 5 hours slows down your metabolism. Don't starve yourself, ever! It's not healthy and any weight you lose will be gained right back once you start eating again.

If you don't want silly answers, don't ask such a stupid question!!

You obviously know that not eating is bad for your health, but what you probably DON'T realize is the fact that not eating will lead your body to store ANYTHING you eat as fat. The body realizes that it is not getting enough nourishment, so even a meal of green salad and tea will be immediately stored as fat. It will do the EXACT opposite of what you want to be doing. I've been there, trust me on this!! Also, if you aren't nourishing your body, your organs will break down. If there is nothing for the body to live on, it starts to break down muscles and major organs (usually starting with the kidneys). Guess what?? THOSE DON'T COME BACK!!! I have seen so many patients of mine DIE from doing something stupid like this.

Want some more problems you can promise yourself? Read below:

And yes...not eating is considered anorexia.

Thermoregulatory problems: Loss of body fat creates it so that the body has no way of insulating and keeping heat anymore. For the person with anorexia it seems like everyday, even if it is 85 degrees, is freezing. This can also be due to electrolyte disturbances from not eating properly.

Decreased eye movement

Insomnia: Mostly due from electrolytic disturbances and hormonal problems

Anemia: Poor blood from not enough iron; causes lack of vitality and problems with bruising frequently

Dental erosion: Yes, your teeth will rot with anorexia even if you do not purge. Most of those with anorexia do not get enough calcium in their diets and because of this the body begins to find calcium elsewhere and takes it out of body parts such as the bones but also the teeth. The teeth are stripped of the calcium and become weak.

Delayed gastric emptying: The tone of the stomach area becomes poor and weak so that it cannot produce the power to push out whatever food the person with anorexia does eat. This can lead to a lot of toxins building up inside which also weakens the immune system and leaves the person with anorexia susceptible to many more viruses.

Diarrhea: Also from the delayed gastric emptying, but can also be because of laxative abuse.

Dehydration

Acidosis:Blood becomes too acidic, which can lead to other sicknesses

Osteoporosis: Bones become significantly weakened, leaving the person with anorexia susceptible to broken bones from just falling out of bed.

Bradycardia: Slow/irregular heart beat.

Dysrhythmia: Heart out of rythm; sudden death

Edema: Occurs from not eating properly and also purging; there is a water retention imbalance which causes the feet and hands to swell

Ulcers

Amenorrhea: Indicates a failure of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal interaction to produce cyclic changes in the endometrium resulting in menses. In other words the periods stop or do not start. Primary amenorrhea is the absence of menarche by age 16 and Secondary amenorrhea is the absence of menarche for more than 3 months.

Metabolic problems - Hypocalcemia: Low blood glucose levels from too low of weight and malnutrition. Signs of this include listlessness, jitteriness, and seizures.

Lanugo: A soft downy hair/fur begins to grow to try to insulate heat because the body does not have enough calories to burn to produce heat.

Decreased cardiac (yes, that's your HEART) muscle, mass chamber size, and output: This often leads to cardiac arrest

Hypkalemia: Deficiency of potassium

Dry skin

Brittle nails

Weak hair that often falls out: Along with dry skin and brittle nails this consequence is a result of not enough fat in the diet.

Urinary tract infections: Decreased fluid intake is the cause of this.

Loss of potassium: Can result in diminished reflexes, fatigue, and cardiac arrythmias.

-----------------------
Do you think you're gonna be sexy with your "size 6/8 body" and your nasty nails, gross teeth, thin hair, dry skin, swollen feet, and extra body hair??
-----------------------

If you don't have time to exercise, eat six SMALL meals throughout the day. Drink lots of grapefruit juice (a natural fat burner), and try to make three of your small meals high in protein. It is slower to digest, and will help keep you more "full." Make sure you drink TONS of water (at least 10 glasses a day), and drink a full glass of water before you eat ANYTHING. This will aid in digestion, as well as fill you up more so that you eat less.

Please, don't resort to something else dimwitted like laxatives and dieuretics. Exercise and PROPER DIET are key.

that is not good for your health. Just excercise and just eat less frequently. That could possible affect you in reproduction stages when you want to have kids. So be very careful with your weight.
