No even if you did require glasses, dizziness would not be a symptom. There are many causes and you give no other history to make a diagnosis possible. 65 weeks is a long time, go see your GP.

Dizzy spells can result from inner ear problems, from momentary drop in blood pressure, migraine headache or from momentary blockage in blood flow to the brain. Dizzy spells are almost never due to eye problems; eye problems will cause blurry vision but not dizziness.
Dizzy spells can be a sign of stroke. Please see your family doctor ASAP.

Could it be that you have an inner ear problem, my advice go along to your doctor and get a checkup, Better safe than sorry

Hmmm I had the same prob... get ur eyes tested, they told me Im very long sited and I need to ware glasses for reading.

Think it's time you had your eyes checked again they advise every two years.
Have you been checked for Diabetes that can effect your eyes and also your dizziness.....

go to the doctor... they will probably tell you to get an eyetest... but its better to check for anything more serious
