Protein will help you grow. Think of meats, dairy, etc.

High-fiber foods help you burn fat. They are harder for your body to digest, therefore your body works harder and uses more energy (calories and fat) to break it down in the digestion process. Think of whole grains, apples, bran, lots of vegetables.

It is a little more to it to than that. Simply eating right and providing your body with enough "macronutrients" to let it grow naturally. If your sister is suffering from a condition holding back natural growth, it may be best to talk to your doctor and endocrinoligist.

Burning fat...adequate protein, and dietary fat. Carbohydrates are quick fuel and work well with a physiclal lifestyle.

there is NO food that will help you burn fat. only exercise burns fat. eating a well balanced diet helps you grow, but your genes decide how tall. eating a certain food won't make any difference. she might already be as tall as she's going to get, but maybe she'll grow a bit more.

Make sure she drinks 1/2 gallon of water at least everyday... Fruits such as apples are good to eat for losing weight. As for growing, theres not much you can do. But im a 21/F and im short and I love being short. My boyfriend is tall and sexy and he loves my shortness.. even my thickness! So tell her not to worry..

Milk is good, but skim milk is lowest in calories. I, myself am on a strict diet and I dont drink the stuff......

Grapefruit is a myth.... its grose tasting and theres much better things to eat that are just as low in calories that dont have the same bitter taste.

FRUITS AND VEGGIES!!

Water...... and excersise......

SUN!!! ohhhh the sun is my addiction now... instead of food..

Calcium, calcium, calcium!!! It will help her grow and there's enough scientific evidence that it helps lose weight! It must be taken with vitamin D for good absorption. Good luck!

http://www.mylguide.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 6.95$ shipping and handling.
