Thank you friends for your views, specially balasubramaniamk and muhammad.Some others too gave good answers to reflect upon.but I wanted some deep spirutual side answers with some explanation(brief).Thanks to all answerers.

Mr VENKATESH NANI, have you reached that stage where from kali,Durga,shirdi Sai,Saneeswara, and Anjaneyaswamy look same?I would be glad if you give serious thought and reply in Indian Scriptural way.you will feel happy then.Try it.best of luck.

God is invisible because he is a verb & not a noun. Same way as love, kindness & peace is visible in its action, so also God is visible through all his Creations. God is the 'Invisible Artist'. His Artwork is visible to all .

because sin exist in this world,read the bible and go to bible studies,if you really want to know,and along time ago Christ,who was God in the flesh and spirit was born lived as a man,so we could come live with him some day,these people with their joke answers better realize they are letting the Devil use them,get saved-find out why you need Christ in your life. For Catholics the explanation is different for most you are hear about.
God makes us with free will enough to choose anybody to believe or not believe in Him. If He is visible sure all people knows He is here or there, so there is not freedom in believing or not believing in Him.
That means He is invisible because He wants people with free will, and it is better for God and Catholics this way.

Man is a thankless animal.He forgets all good deeds done to him by others.Also his greed is unlimited and we trump up charges on innocent fellows and trouble them.God is aware of all these weaknesses in man.So he tests them by keeping man guessing about His whereabouts. After you complete all your games here he calls you to his room in heaven and gives a nice drubbing.He is the super boss.

God is not invisible, you have to look to the nature, god is in flower, trees, child, light, air etc. all forms of energy is god. You see all this and concentrate on them you can see god.

God might be remaining invisible so that nobody should equate Him with the visible(s)...
Let us close our eyes and we can feel Him… irrespective of any religious affiliation...

God is visible .We do not see only his totality . just as we are no table to see ourselves in totality .we can only see our image . In reality we can see only a few parts of ourselves .so also we canot see the totality of /god , but we see him in parts .See the God that Lord Krsihna showed /arjuna is Bhagavad -gita .

there are some things that is over our senses and our abilities that we can't stand for example seeing the angels which are great creatures , and seeing God , God is great and seeing God is only a reward for the believers in the hereafter.
