DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!! if you google nigerian dog scams just see what pops up. I knew a girl that was desperate for a bulldog puppy and she sent them $500.00. They called her back and kept asking for more money. Needless to say, there never was a dog, and there wasnt a thing she could do to get her money back.
DONT DO IT!!!!!

I've seen that too; it was sent to me as well. How could you even take it seriously? It's a scam and a very bad one at that. The horrible grammar, broken English and misspelling is a dead giveaway. There was also an expose done by a news show within the last year that showed how these scams are done. And it's out of NIGERIA, for crying out loud. The puppy you really want is probably a picture of someone's grand champion that they found on the internet.
Do not respond to that email; it's a complete and total scam and has been going around for quite some time. If it had been true, the dog would be long gone by now.
You don't get something for nothing. If you really want that kind of a dog, and your lifestyle permits it and you can financially afford to properly care for one, then go to a rescue organization specific for that breed.

There are a lot of phone and internet scams coming out of Nigeria lately. This is just one site on them. I haven't heard of using a dog as a front yet, but I still wouldn't trust it. My advice is look up a yorkie or small dog rescue and find one that way. Who knows, you might even find a mutt at the pound that you love. It always feels better to rescue a dog anyway. I swear my puppy knows that I rescued him and loves me more for it. Here's a yorkie rescue site... Think about it.

Nigeria is fraught with scammers. The Today Show exposed Nigerian scammers just a couple of weeks ago. Dont send them any mony, especially via Western Union as there is NO audit trail and when you dont get your dog you have no recourse.
Agree...go to your local shelter and get a good deserving pet that will love you for springing hime/her.

Don't do it. It's too much money to risk. Find a dog locally. You'll probably pay the same amount anyway.
