lose water weight?? or is water weight lost through lack of sufficient amounts of water?

Sufficent water and hydration allows your body to lose weight, not water weight.

I think yes losin fat weight takes more time i guess?
I had the same question so for 6 days I drink lots of water and exercised a lot and eat fruits lean meats eggs
in 6 days I lost almost 10 lbs so I stopped and dint exercise and eat big dinner
tommorow morning I on scale saw I gained 6 lbs back! then it was all water weight!

NO! If you don't drink enough water, your body holds on to whatever water it has. Being properly hydrated is the way to maximize weight loss.
