You seem to be doing all the right things. Have you tried cutting back on your portions at mealtime?

You should try the low carb diet. There is the South Beach Diet, which starts out low carb for two weeks, then you slowly add healthy carbs after that. I was on it for a week and lost 11 lbs. I did it again a few years later but still ate carrots in my salads and still lost 7 lbs in a week.

You could also try circuit training which is doing cardio and weight training in 30-40 second intervals. If you use low weight (3-5 lbs) you won't gain huge muscle mass, you will just tone.

Good luck.

It takes time thats what my mom just started running every morning.
But you might want to do like some push ups and sit ups before you go to bed everynight like start out with 20 and then work your way up, it worked for one of my friend he just kept doing that for like 1 or 2 months and he used to be fat but now hes like skinny.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.

ok..so..I'm 14 yrs old...

I started 2 months ago and lost 3 inches of my stomach and gain 2 abs(not literally showing)

i eat breakfast...at 8 am

Do my own HIPHOP ABS dance training for 15 to 30 minutes...

then I eat at lunch...no fatty foods...always read the nutrition guide and pick whats right for you...

then at 2 pm...i ride my bike for an hour...

i dont eat supper..

at 7 pm..i do DDR for an hour(dance dance revolution a.k.a dance mat)

I do this everyday..if you do this...you'll see great result...dont have to buy pills and excercise tools...

EAT MORE FRUIT....Fish is GOOD...Less pork..beef..etc..meat helps you loose weight..no JUNK FOOD..

You need to hire a personal trainer who can put you on the right regimen. And tell them what your goals are so they can tailor the plan. There are no quick fixes.
