I believe affirmative action is an excuse that certain races use to get their students into colleges which are difficult to get into. Today, competition to get into college is only getting harder and harder. So why then should a student with lower grades then another student of a difference race get in to the college. I believe affirmative action itself is racist and should not be implemented. Everyone should have to work hard themselves and not be given an extra boost just because of their race.
