I'm not sure where you can download it, but if you want to watch it your best bet would be youtube.com. You can search for individual episodes, or see if someone has upload them all. You could then find a website that allows you to download youtube movies. I don't know of one right this minute but if you search on google you're bound to find something.

they re-run it about 8457349857349 times on uk tv.. so wouldn't be bothered.
perhaps rent it...... legally.
