Also With or without gel?

i think definitely short, spikey hair with gel but it really does depend on the guy b/c some dont look good with it
Plus this style looks better with darker hair in my opinion

If you have blonde hair you should spike it but with less gel

All of those hairstyles work, but the hair needs to fit the guy. For instance, if a guy is conservative, Type A, or dresses clean-cut, a shorter hair cut might look more appropriate. If the guy's profession allows him some creative license, a more daring haircut or spiky hair will work fine with his personality.
Here's a practical example: I know a really studious physics graduate student who, because he was still a student, looked really appropriate with longer hair. When he gets his Ph.D., though, he may want to shorten his hair to give a more professional appearance.
Gel is usually a bad idea. It just looks too "wet" or "young," and not in a good way. Sometimes, however, the smallest amount of gel can go a long way. Just put a pea-sized amount in your hands and rub your palms together. Then only rub the gel onto your tricky areas, like the front. Do not rub the gel all over your head or it will just look messy and badly planned.

I prefer a guy with clean cut, short hair without gel. I like guys with bald heads too!

it all depends on the guy,
but i like clean cut short hair that is spiky : )
long hair can be nice too, but it can't get too long
otherwise it just looks bad.

It all depends on the guy, and his face, and what suits his personality best! Sry i couldnt be of more help, but i like clean cut guys.
