It seems to me that you are trying to loose weight unhealthily. Purchase Dr Ian K Smith 's (Celebrity Fit Club) book. His weight loss methods really work i.e. (12 lbs in 9 days during the detox phase). If you are just short on money, in college I found that apples, top ramen, bananas and water satisfied me and with minimal exercise I lost weight. So to answer your question NO!!!! that is not a healthy snack.

Bread doesn't really fill you up. Try something with lots of protein or fiber, like 1 apple and 2 oz turkey. This would be less calories than the bread, and fill you up more. Also, water won't make bread swell and bread is pretty bad for you. You should be drinking lots of water throughout the day anyways.

It's not UNhealthy. Especially if you eat whole wheat bread - whole grains make you feel fuller because of the fiber content. Eating fruit and/or vegetables is better. Also lean protein is good too.

bread is bad for you.. and your hardly eating anything so it will just slow down your metabolism and your body will keep as much fat and carbs from the bread your eating as it can, since it knows thats the only thing your eating

make sure the bread is whole grain. more fiber helps you not get hungry as fast. make sure you get enough of all the nutrients.

Obviously if that's all your eating and drinking that's not good for you. That's called anorexia.
