When I paste a piece of clip art into a word document, it seems to "erase" when I scroll down (as the logo art word) hits the top of the page- top acts like an eraser. There are words and a logo that I want to use as letter head. Also, when I view it as "Normal" vs. Print Lay out, it is not visible.

Any tips/help is appreciated.

THANK YOU!

Don't paste it directly into the document. Instead go to Insert--> Picture--> From File.

Then navigate to the folder where you have stored the image file and select it. Then OK your way out.

That should do it.

Try putting it in as a header, instead of just pasting it into the document. Headers/Footers is located under "View."
