Just wondering with this means, and what is the significance of the size of the butterfly.

A buttterfly represents rebirth in a higher form, a transmutation of energy.The beauty that comes from trusting the process of growth through all ups and downs, emergin triumphant in new awreness.
So if the butterfly was huge than that would indicate a huge transmutaion.
It is always good to note details in a dream, such as the size of the butterfly.

The butterfly is symbolic of entering into a period of peace after hardships and travail. Because a caterpillar spins a cocoon and goes into a period of rest during a harm time of the season. But then when the winter season is over, it metamorphs into a butterfly who then goes about harvesting nectar from flowers. So, the bigger the butterfly, the greater the peace.

there really is no significance of a butterfly's size. some butterfly's can grow to be a foot long with a wingspan of 10 inches. surprising huh?!?
