might be right might be wrong. No one really knows how many insurgents have been killed but the only thing we have an idea of is that the number of Iraqi dead since the start of this war is somewhere ranging from 60,000 to 650,000, depending on who you believe, most of whom are innocent civilians. the Iraqi government's number is lower BUT they did not start to keep records until they came into power in 2005 and the US did not keep track on Iraqi civilian deaths they state. I guess it is probably somewhere in the middle.
7,083 iraqi soldiers are dead ( unknown the number of wounded)
3,578 US soldiers are dead (25,349 wounded)
if there are 10,000 dead insurgents, I guess we are "winning"

Believe me, the number of soldiers that died in Iraq compared to the number of soldiers in Iraq. We have a 2.3 percent death rate. You have a better chance of surviving there then on a highway. The number of people who die in one year due to car accidents is more than twice the number of soldiers who died in a span of 4 years! (Not saying its completely safe to be a soldier or its fun, but no matter what we are proud of them!)

The # 3500 is close but the # of insurgents dead will prob never be known to the kind of accuracy of the Our Fallen.
