And fight in the way of Allah against those who fight against you, but do not transgress. Surely, Allah loves not the transgressors.

Basically, Muslims will attack anyone who attacks them or their Faith. Christians and Jews have sown a predeliction for doing that towards Islam over the centuries, which has built up a HISTORY of contention. Pagans, Buddhists and the others are NOT in their sights because, ever since the Abrahamic Religions came into being, these groups have been persecuted to the point of being ineffectual. We (as a general rule, but there ARE exceptions) tend to NOT go on the offensive and attack first. But take heart. they have NO love for us and consider US to be just as evil as they view Christianity and Judaism. They are working on ONE "problem" at a time. If they succeed in doing away with Those two Religions you can rest assured that the rest of us WILL succumb too. But the SAME goes for the other way around. If Christianity succeeds in eliminating Islam then they're going to set their sites on the rest of us as well. The ONLY thing we have in OUR favor is that there are MORE of us, than there are of them (if you consider that ALL the Abrahamic Religions consider the REST of us to be pagan). We out number ALL the Abrahamic Religions by a factor of 2 to 1. WE Pagans have ONE thing in our favor. Because we HAVE been persecuted in the past, we KNOW thier tactics. We KNOW how to remain hidden, even while in their midst. In the Burning Times, THEY killed more CHRISTIANS than they killed Witches. The killed more Christians than they killed Heretics, etc. etc.

It is because these attacks are of a political nature, not a religious one. Israel is the thorn in the side of the Arab world which incidentally holds the purse strings for terrorists groups (thanks to your SUVS!) --(Sorry, I couldn't resist a little environmentalist plug.)
Secondly, the Western world has the most power in the world right now, so it's the one to get. Why attack those low on the totem pole? Besides that, Muslims aren't real happy with their perceived treatment at the hands of all this Western domination. It is something which traces its roots back to colonial times, but is too long and drawn out to get into here. So there is all this pent up anger and when someone says, "Jihad, anyone?" there are always takers.

Why are you asking this silly question? Do believe that there is only one belief theory? Why are Pagan, Jewish, Atheist, Buddhist, Shinto, or any belief structure other than muslim be acceptable to attack. People who endorse using physical force to eliminate divergent religions, are the bain of the our existence. I find it easier to just ignore them.

When extremists Muslims attack they don't discriminate between Muslim, Christian, Jew or pagan or anyone else. Anyone is fair game to them.

Good point. Read the Qur'an, frequently it conflicts directly with Christianity and singles out the Christians more than any other. Truthfully Islam has more contention with Christianity than with Judaism.

Alot of this goes back to the time of the Crusades and the Temple Mount. Read the Bible and the Koran, They take place in the same area, so its all the same property. the old testament Jewish stories are the old testament Christian stories, again good reading.

Radical Muslims attack all religions.
Remember how they blew up the 2 huge Buddha statues that were thousands of years old? They were considered to be idols so they were demolished.

The two primary within your question (Christians & Muslims), will continue to be at each others throats as long as the two Faiths have not rooted out "Envy" & "Arrogance" from within their midst.
Only then will the two, learn to live in "Unity".
The Jewish tradition has not overcome "Greed", and thats another story unto itself!
