I have seen a friend do just that. (Try it)
Needless to say, He got food poisoning.
Had to go to hospital to have stumach pumped. I just wanted another opinion.

No, that's just silly, and would make the dish Lobster Thermador deadly.

I don't know where you heard that. I've had lobster (and other shellfish) in cream sauces before. I don't see why drinking milk would be bad.
