d) before sunrise. I am a younger person. Many younger people are able to go to bed very late and wake up early. It seams we have better pickup and recovery time than many other people. Sometimes i will go to bed before midnight, but rarely. I stay up that late because I am usually doing something "busy" whether it be talking to people or something else.

on nights when i have school or work early about 9 or 10. so A i guess. other days, its c. im not a big fan of staying up late.
