All the time at home or in my lodgings. I grew up in a stressful household in a small space; being on the john was the one time I was guaranteed peace and quiet. I would read and just sit on the closed lid and pretend I was busy just to nab some moments of solitude.

Yep, it's sometimes the only place where you can have a moment or two alone! I have magazines there, kinda like a dentist office waiting room, except my feet don't go numb in then dentist office chair as they occasionally do in the bathroom because of the toy-toy seat's circulatory system-unfriendly design!

No I don't. Reading encourages you to sit longer than you should. The shape of a toilet is not a natural shape to sit.

It is a very peace,quiet and calm place of the world so I read here and hear some music and I release me tension.try this if u are some time in tension.
