I'm living proof that a guy can last 6 years without a girlfriend. I've survived just fine without one and am not in a hurry to break the drought.

Sure, they can survive a lifetime without a girlfriend. However, if what you are really asking is can he go a month without sex? Most guys over 20 will not go that long. You don't need a girlfriend to have sex.
